On a warm spring night in San Diego, two ambitious Aztecs set out on a graduation bar crawl—just two weeks before they would walk across the stage at San Diego State University. Little did they know, that night would mark the beginning of something magical. At Moonshine Beach, Harper walked up to Myles, boldly grabbed his bicep, and asked, “Do you even work out?” Myles, of course, confirmed with a smile, and from that playful moment, a connection was born.

After graduation, life took them in different directions, and it was probably for the best—they both had some growing up to do. But exactly three years later, fate brought them back together around Thanksgiving time. It didn’t take long for them to realize the connection they once shared was still there, only stronger. Whether it was Myles’ charm or the irresistible five-month-old boxer puppy named Apollo that greeted Harper at the door, it’s still hard to say, but their story was back in motion.

Since 2020, Harper and Myles have raised their “dog child” Apollo, discovered their happy place (aka Cabo), and bonded over countless TV binges, from romantic comedies to true crime mysteries.
